We can hold our end to the shipment of products from our side (and believe us we hold it well) but however delivering of the shipment to your end is subject to Courier Company / post office norms. And to make it a point we have tied up with the best available courier service providers in market like Fedex, Bluedart,DTDC and of course Speed Post (for our those precious customer whom we don’t want to miss because of their pin codes). Petshop18.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the said period from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation or as intimated/ mutually consented. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per details entered by the customer. Shipping is Free across India for all products (on the purchase of Rs. 500 and above).
For orders based on Cash On Delivery (COD), Rs. 50 extra will be charged per shipment.
In India, some state governments levies the Octroi charges when the product enters the state.
The Octroi charge is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.
